Ok so you are using the great Basecamp from 37Signals and this will allow you to collaborate, allocate time and todos to individual project members etc. However wouldn’t it be great if you could get a view of how all your time was being spent, across of all of your projects categorized to suit your business reporting so that you could get an idea of what budgets you should be setting for next year.
